Announcements:

FBLA dues are $15 and may be paid to Mrs. Carter, Mrs. Pitts, or Mrs. Tillman.

Our next meeting is Tuesday, November 28, in Mrs. Tillman's room. You must be a member to attend. You may use an invitation to invite one nonmember friend to this meeting so it will count toward your BAA. You may get the invitation from Mrs. Tillman.

Fall Leadership Conference will be held November 15-16 in Athens! Charlee Odom and Mrs. Tillman will be attending.  

Region Leadership Conference will be held Friday, January 12, 2018, at Southern Regional Technical College in Moultrie. Students must be an FBLA member by Tuesday, October 24, to be eligible to attend.The deadline to sign up and pay to attend is Monday, October 30. The registration fee is $10 and will cover the cost of two competitive events and lunch.Testing dates are as follows:

  • Technical Events - must be uploaded by Tuesday, November 28.
  • Skills Testing - will be held Tuesday, November 28, at 3:30 pm in Room 111.
  • Online Testing - will be held Tuesday, December 5, at 3:30 pm in Room 110.
  • Performance Events - will be held at the conference.

The Canned Food Drive will be held November 1 - 15. All canned food items should be brought to Mrs. Tillman's room. The food will be given to help with the Toys for Cook Kids event. Service hours will be given for those who participate.

Toys for Cook Kids drive will be held November 13 - 30. Bring in toys for any age child and for both boys and girls and drop off in Mrs. Tillman's room. Service hours will be given for those who participate.

Treat Bags for Faculty is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, after school in Mrs. Tillman's room. Service hours will be given for those who participate.

Senior FBLA members who have earned the Future and Business level BAA during high school will be awarded a pin or cord (whichever the school accepts). Senior FBLA members who have earned the Leader and America level BAA during high school will be awarded a decorative chain or tricord (whichever the school accepts). Future, Business, Leader, and America BAA levels must be earned in order. Senior FBLA members who have earned the Future, Business, Leader, and America level BAA during high school will be awarded a pin and chain OR tricord. DUE DATE: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2018.

See Mrs. Tillman to receive login information for the  Business Achievement Awards (BAA). Once you get your login, check out the Forms section of this website to download BAA Online Instructions. You will receive a Level Award upon completion and verification of the online program. DUE DATE: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2018.

FBLA Goals:
