Bio

I was born and raised in Cook County, and I graduated from the old Cook High School. I moved away to Troy University in Alabama (Go Trojans!) to complete my undergraduate studies. I then moved to South Carolina and North Carolina where I completed my Bachelor's in Secondary Education online with Grand Canyon University. I taught in North Carolina for two years before moving back home to Cook County. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Master's degree in math education as well as my degree in professional photography.

I am a mother of one little girl as well as three adopted "fur babies," as well as being a foster mom for BARC Humane Society, which is a rescue organization that serves Brooks and Lowndes counties.

I am happy to be back home and proud to always be a Hornet! I look forward to a wonderful school year!
