Bio

Kip McLeod enters his sixth year as the Academic Coach at Cook High School.  Prior to working at Cook High School, he was the principal at Hamilton County High School in Jasper, Florida.  He has also served as principal at Hahira Middle School and has been an assistant principal at Lowndes High, Lowndes Middle, and Lowndes Alternative Schools.  Overall he has spent 42 years as an educator.  The last 22 years have been in administration and the prior 20 years as a Physical Education teacher and coach.  As a teacher, he taught in Lowndes, Grady, and Macon counties.  He also spent 7 years with Valdosta State University as an instructor and baseball coach.
